Kelly launched his career in public accounting in 1992. He spent over 15 years as a partner with Deloitte, a Big Four accounting firm, and has held various senior financial roles like CFO and Board Member. Kelly’s passion lies in working with stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome that meets their needs.

Joyce Njoroge
A Bachelor of Commerce, and MBA, and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Joyce has recently joined the team and brings a wealth of experience in both large accounting firms, and owner managed business solutions. She is excited to be moving to Eastern Ontario and meeting new clients!

Ignatius is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of international experience. He began his career with Deloitte Nigeria, gaining extensive experience in audit before moving into industry roles. His career spans manufacturing, oil and gas, and supporting small businesses. Ignatius brings broad financial expertise and practical insight, making him a valuable asset to both our firm and our clients.
Meet Jennifer Hughes:
Receptionist and Junior Accountant
Jennifer joined our team in 2023, having previous work experience after graduating from St. Lawrence College. She handles reception responsibilities, assists with personal tax preparation, and helps with year-end tasks for our clients. Jennifer is dedicated to improving her accounting skills through ongoing studies, making her an integral part of our team.
